                       Food For Thought

Today is the start of my train back the fitness Sean! program. hahaha I had to sacrifice my recess time to be in the gym and start running on the treadmill! all for soccer! hehe I want to be faster in my speed and turning for soccer so have to train train train!! I will be staying away from weights though, as I am already short I cannot afford to be any shorter. So I guess it will just be running, skipping and push-ups maybe a slight bit of bench press hehe. It feels good to know that you have excercise rather than eating unhealthy snacks and play the computer. I will also be watching what I eat, no more fast food and unhealthy snack. Unless it is something I really love hahhaa =x. I know God is with me and that He is guiding me through, but I still empty inside. Somethings are just hard to do but you have to. Like just being friends... okie off to rest now good night world.
